 Natural stone is a product of nature and will inherently contain variations in color, veining, crystal structure, mineral composition, and surface texture. These natural characteristics may include, but are not limited to, visible or tactile fissures, pitting, resin-filled areas, and variations in pattern or grain. Such features are inherent to the material and shall not be considered defects in manufacturing, fabrication, or installation.

Customers are required to personally inspect and physically examine the entire slab(s) prior to the commencement of fabrication. Any rejection of material must be made in writing before fabrication begins. Once fabrication has started, the material is deemed accepted in its current condition, and no claims for replacement or refund will be honored on the basis of these natural characteristics.

The following shall not constitute manufacturing or installation defects:

· Variations in color, veining, pattern, or grain size

· Differences in crystal structure or mineral composition

· Natural fissures, pits, or texture variations

· Resin or epoxy fills on the surface or edges

· Minor surface irregularities inherent to the stone

By signing the work order, approving the slab, or proceeding with fabrication and/or installation, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted the natural characteristics of the selected stone and waive any future claims related to such characteristics.
